Judy Kondo-Turner
After 20 years of providing excellent service to Jones & Salt Insurance clients, Judy became a partner in the brokerage in 2015. She is an expert in all areas of insurance; her specialty is commercial insurance needs. Judy is close to her family and enjoys golf, camping, hiking and living vicariously through her two multi-talented daughters.

Dan Salt
Passionate about his work and positive in life, Dan has been dedicated to the insurance industry since 2010. In 2021 Dan took on a partnership position at Jones & Salt Insurance, where he strives to help people and businesses succeed. Jeanne Doll-Gusta
Jeanne brings over 20 years of insurance experience and knowledge to Jones & Salt. Her long tenure in the industry means a depth of knowledge and experience in providing the best solutions for her clients. Jeanne is firstly a proud mother and wife as well as an avid runner, traveler, and health enthusiast.
It is my goal to make the insurance experience less intimidating for clients, and create a policy that perfectly suits each individual’s needs.
Lexie Alexander
Lexie came to Jones & Salt from the banking industry in June of 2019. She is a master of customer service and building clients relationships. When she is not assisting clients Lexie dedicates much of her time to volunteering with the competitive Bishop Grandin Marching Band as Colour Guard Coordinator, in her garden, or reading a good book.
It is my goal to make the insurance experience less intimidating for clients and create a policy that perfectly suits each individual’s needs.
Amy Chan
Amy is the newest member of the Jones & Salt team. Her attention to detail and highly organized personality means a simple and effective experience for her clients. Amy is a frequent traveler, and when she is not exploring the world she enjoys spending time with her family and beloved dog, Viva.
My goal is to provide you with excellent customer service to make your insurance experience as easy and convenient as possible. If I don’t have an answer to one of your questions, I’ll be sure to find you someone who does.

Jenna Turner
Jenna is our summer student that first joined our team in 2021. She is currently enrolled at the University of Calgary, in the faculty of Education majoring in Spanish. Jenna is fluent in Spanish and enjoys the outdoors; camping, hiking, and swimming, that’s her happy place!
I want to ensure that our clients have a pleasant experience every time they reach out to our office by being as helpful as possible and by assisting our team in finding solutions to their problems.
Freya
Freya is a Bernese Mountain dog crossed with Sheppard and is the most playful member of our team! She loves scratches, treats and plenty of walks. Freya is very vocal but not to worry she’s a sweetheart.
Dan Salt

Dan loves to give back to his community and is currently the Chairperson of Calgary’s Referral Exchange Network, and sitting President of the Professional Young Insurance Brokers (PYIB) association. When not working, Dan can be found (or not found) in the wilderness camping, hiking, and mountain biking with his trusty mutt Freya.
My goal is to provide every person and business with the best possible insurance solution, while creating positive partnerships.
Paul Rodgers
Paul has over 7 years of personal lines experience and over 30 years in various customer service roles focused on delivering an excellent customer experience. Joining Jones & Salt in October 2019, Paul continues to be a positive role model for the organization by developing strong working relationships with current long-term clients and finding creative solutions to help new clients.
Paul is an avid golfer, mountain biker, and skier and is passionate about travelling and immersing himself in different cultures. His travels include Turkey, Egypt, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Nicaragua, and one of his favorites Palm Springs (attending the Coachella music festival and golfing in the Desert).
My primary goal is to guide new and current clients through the insurance maze to find a solution that meets their insurance and financial objectives.
Therese Savoie
Therese joined Jones & Salt in 2020 as a personal lines broker with over 25 years of experience in the industry. By focusing on making sure each client receives a high degree of customer care, Therese takes pride in asking the right questions to provide our clients with the best insurance solution to suit their individual needs. As a trainer, Therese can also be credited in helping many brokers obtain their own insurance licenses.
Outside of work, Therese enjoys various crafts, ranging from photography, crocheting, scrapbooking, and painting, to name a few.
My goal is to always provide strong customer service to ensure clients’ understanding of the coverage they have purchased.
